Q: What is your check-in/check-out times?

Q: What are my transportation options to/from the airport?
A: You have several options for airport transportation: View more information here (https://www.massport.com/logan-airport/to-and-from-logan/). We are also a short three blocks (Blue Line: Bowdoin) from Boston's public transportation system (locals know it simply as the "T") which takes you to and from Logan International Airport in under 30 minutes. Taxis, Ubers and Limo service are also available at the airport and throughout the city

Q: Does the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill have parking?
A: Yes. Our hotel offers convenient valet parking for $52 per vehicle, per day up to 2pm day of departure. Valet parking offers ease of unloading and loading luggage at the front door, as well as unlimited in and out privileges. Self-parking is available in the Charles River Plaza Parking Garage adjacent to the hotel. This is not a hotel-operated garage, and fees must be paid directly to the garage via electronic cashier each time a vehicle departs the structure. Please note that there are no in and out privileges available for those self-parking. Current overnight rates start at $48 per vehicle

Q: What about Parking Options for Mass General Hospital?
Patients and their visitors are eligible for reduced parking rates in their Fruit Street, Parkman Street, Yawkey Center and Charles River Plaza (connected to the Hotel) parking garages. These parking garages offer free parking for patients and visitors up to 25 minutes and may offer a reduced rate of $10-$14 for 2-24 hour stays. Patients should always check with their appointment location for applicable validated rates and parking tickets are validated at the cashier in the central payment office located on the ground floor lobby of each garage.

Q: Does the hotel have a Pool?
Yes, the hotel does have an outdoor pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Claim a chaise lounge by the pool and relish an outdoor resort-style escape in the heart of downtown Boston. In season, opens daily from 10-9pm with key card access.

Q: Can I store my luggage for the day once I've checked out of the hotel?
A: Yes, we can store your luggage here for the day.

Q: Do you have wireless Internet in your hotel? Is it complimentary?
A: Yes, we provide complimentary basic wireless Internet to our guests. Premium High Speed service is available for just $11.00 for 24 hours

Q: Are you a pet-friendly hotel?
A: Pets are Welcome at the hotel. We are committed to providing the highest level of service to our guests – both human and pet! Our designated pet rooms can accommodate dogs up to 75lbs per room. Please note the name of your dog and breed in your when making your reservations. A $100 per room, per stay non-refundable fee applies. Boston boasts many off-leash parks for the enjoyment of you and your pet. Stop by our front desk and we’d be happy to help connect you with the city’s pet-friendly offerings.

Q: Do you have smoking and non-smoking floors?
A: Our entire hotel is 100% smoke-free. Violation of this policy will incur a $400 plus tax fee.

Q. What about Medical, AAA, AARP, Military & Government Discounts?
A: Discounts are available and must be reserved in advance. A current membership/ID card is needed at check-in (excluding Medical rates).
